Chelsea are reportedly set to make an offer to Palmeiras for Brazilian wonderkid Messinho - who has been heavily linked with a move to Barcelona.
Brazilian journalist Bruno Andrade is reporting the Blues will offer a deal worth a total of €55 million for the youngster.
Andre Cury is Messinho’s agent and has regularly talked up a move to the Camp Nou for the teenager who he has even described as the ‘new Neymar.”
Messinho has said his biggest dream is to play for Barcelona, but it remains to be seen if he will be granted his wish due to the club’s ongoing financial issues.
